Every booking checked against your real limits
Party size, booking window, opening hours, covers and tables: an online request is accepted only if all five pass. Try it on a busy evening on the terrace.
Interactive demo
Example: the terrace takes 32 covers on 7 tables. A party of 4 at 21:00 overlaps six bookings holding 26 covers, so 30 of 32 covers and 7 of 7 tables would be in use. Bookanty accepts it, and it takes the last table.
Overlaps, not slots
A booking holds its area for the whole reservation length, 1 h 30 min by default, so a 21:00 booking still counts at 22:00.
Back-to-back is fine
A booking that ends at 21:30 never competes with one that starts at 21:30, so you don’t lose a turn.
Your team has the final say
Staff bookings skip the online limits, so you can always fit in a regular. They still count towards availability.

What is Bookanty?
Bookanty is a cloud booking platform for restaurants and bars. Guests book online through a widget on your website or a hosted booking page, and your team manages bookings, capacity and tables from one back office in the browser.
Do I need a website to use Bookanty?
No. Every product you take bookings for gets its own hosted booking page, which you can share on Google Business Profile, Instagram, WhatsApp or a QR code. If you have a website, you can add the booking widget with one tag.
How does Bookanty prevent overbooking?
Each area has a cover limit and a table limit. Before accepting an online booking, Bookanty adds up every booking that overlaps the requested time and checks that the new party still fits. It also checks your opening hours, booking window and maximum party size.
Can my team still take bookings by phone?
Yes. The back-office booking form is built for speed, and bookings made by staff skip the online limits, so you can always fit in a regular. They still count towards availability, so online guests can’t take the same seats.
Do I have to use the table map?
No. Table management is optional and off by default. Cover and table limits work without a floor plan. Turn the table map on when you want automatic table assignment and a live view of the room.
Can guests choose between the terrace and the dining room?
Yes. Turn on area selection and the widget asks guests to pick an area, then shows only that area’s availability. Otherwise Bookanty fills your areas in order.
Which languages does Bookanty support?
Bookanty is multi-language. The guest pages, the booking widget, confirmation emails, the back office, the table map and the floor plan configurator are all translated, so guests and staff can each use their own language.
What if we can’t take more bookings today?
Press Stop online bookings for today above the booking list. The widget greys out today and refuses new bookings for it. Other days stay open, and your team can still add bookings by hand.
Do guests receive a confirmation?
Yes. They see a confirmation screen straight away and receive an email in the language they booked in, with the date, time, party size and a unique locator code.
